Position Descriptions:

Sales Executive
Freelance/Contractor
Minimum requirements: Proficient in Excel, Word, E-mail. Must have dedicated work line, transportation, strong communication skills (written/verbal), sales experience.

Junior Graphic Designer
Freelance/Contractor
Minimum requirements: Proficient in Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) version CS2 or newer preferred but not required, e-mail, and Word. Software and equipment are the responsibility of the artist. Designers must have strong verbal and written communication skills and submit portfolios demonstrating a genuine understanding of advertising design, publication needs/processes, formatting for print and for web. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and clean, crisp typography an absolute must.

Writer
Freelance/Contractor
Minimum requirements: Proficient in Word, E-mail. Must have dedicated work line and transportation. Individual must possess strong communication skills (written/verbal), be able to think creatively and work on deadline. Work samples required.

Distributor
Freelance/Contractor
Minimum requirements: Own transportation, proof of valid/current driver's license and auto insurance.

Photographer
Freelance/Contractor
Minimum requirements: proficient in Photoshop, Excel, Word, E-mail. Must have dedicated work line, transportation, strong communication skills (written/verbal), own equipment/software, and portfolio of photography work exhibiting deep understanding of visual composition, lighting, and color.
