2-1-1 Brevard Service Delivery Report

[BREVARD COUNTY, FL] – I'm pleased to tell you that the 2007-2008 2-1-1 Brevard Service Delivery Report is complete and has been uploaded to the Reports section of our website.  You can open and download the report from http://www.211brevard.org/docs/07-08_Service_Delivery_Report.pdf.

The report provides summary reports on the Homeless Management Information System, the Sunshine Service and usage of online resources, as well as comprehensive data from the 2-1-1 Helpline and 2-1-1 Online Database, including:

• Call volume, call traffic, online usage and trends
• Caller demographics, including age, gender and geographic distribution
• More than 52,000 referrals made to 1,326 organizations, sorted by program name and referral volume
• Over 25,000 page views of 1,286 programs listed in the online database

The 2-1-1 Brevard Service Delivery Report provides an overview of the needs of many of Brevard County's residents, as well as the services meeting those needs.  Awareness, and usage of the 2-1-1 Helpline continues to increase - by 20% in the past year - validating the need for a dependable source of information about community sesrvices.

It is our hope that this information will be of value to our community leaders and planners.  Questions and comments about the report are welcomed.
